The aim of the course is to provide the basics for the understanding of the operation and of the aerodynamic design of the main modules of a turbogas aeroengine. Insights on some specific and critical aspects of the "low pressure components" (fan, LPT). Aeroacoustics and aeromecanics aspects of these modules will be addressed. Perspectives on hybrid-electric engines.
