Course information

The course of Private Comparative Law aims at promoting the study of core areas of private law - contracts and torts - while adopting a method that is based on the analysis of theory and the study of practical problems. Interdiscilinary seminars have been scheduled with foreign experts. The focus will be on private law in the “technological era” while detecting the effectiveness and fairness of civil remedies, especially in cases of power imbalances in contractual relations and of civil wrongs implying the breach of human rights. 

Students attending classes will deliver a written paper. Non attending students will be examined orally only.
