The course will cover the basics of Effective Field Theory (EFT) and its applications including: the Wilsonian effective action, renormalization group, matching and power counting, Standard Model (SM) of particle physics at low energies, selected topics in beyond SM physics, applications of EFT to gravity and basics of QFT in curved spacetime.
