The course explores theories, methods, and techniques to (1) bring citizens closer to the institutions, (2) target an effective SCALE of policy action, (3) adopt a coherent, integrated and effective STRATEGY to build smart, sustainable and inclusive cities, and (4) engage STAKEHOLDERS in a co-designed, co-implemented, and co-monitored urban policy in the light of the COVID-19 pandemic’s aftershocks in coherence with the OECD principle on urban policy.
