Since this is the first time a Master's degree course is being offered in a blended format (part online, part in-person), all students are strongly encouraged to attend the first introductory lecture on Monday, September 22, 2025.
Assessment Options:
1) Traditional Oral Examination: Students can take a traditional oral exam covering the entire course.
2) Partial Assessments: At the end of each of the four in-person discussion sessions (which cover the online lectures), students can take a partial assessment. If all these partial assessments are graded positively, they will serve as an exemption for the online content in the final exam. Students will be informed of their results for these partial assessments and can then decide whether to take the final exam covering only the in-person portion of the syllabus. If a student is not satisfied with their partial assessment grades, they can choose to take the full course exam, as described in option 1.
