Dear PhD students of Cycle 35 and 34,

this is a notice that a budget for "mobility support" expenses has been assigned: 18 k€  for students of Cycle 35; and  19 k€ for Cycle 34 - reserved to positions  with a PhD fellowship (either paid by UNIFI/MUR or DIEF). 

This should be about 2-3 k€ per student, which can be in practice spent for several reasons connected to your activity:

- mobility abroad (tickets, receipts of lodging expenses,...) connected to research or dissemination

- registration fees for Conferences, summer schools etc. (authorized by your supervisor - normal authorization if a mission is connected)

- individual cost of equipment (PCs, printers, HD/backup power supplies,...)

Please refer to phd.dief(at)ingind.unifi.it for verifying your position/eligibility; I will keep an eye on the management of the budget, as I am responsible of it for DIEF (requests can be placed on the purchase-acquisti online app from the DIEF site, indicating PhD cycle 3X).
