This is a reminder of future impending deadlines for cycles 34-35-36 (September/October), before the summer holidays...:

1) Cycles 35-36

1.a) we are scheduling the presentations within the first half of October (11-14 indeed). You should upload the presentation and the yearly summary of activities (signed by your supervisor) by the end of September. We will probably activate a Moodle Classroom test (you should  upload a zip with presentation + summary)

1.b) for the same deadline of end of September you should upload application (excel sheet) and documents for claiming learning credits. Also for this purpose we will activate a Moodle Classroom test, for each cycle. This procedure is activated every year in September.

Before the end of October we will have Council meetings which will examine and approve points 1.a and 1.b

2) Cycle 34 (closing)

Even if there is the possibility of applying for an extension of terms and fellowship (....where there was a fellowship), always for the deadline of End of September we require to upload the final summary of activities and presentation of your work. In principle, the Council will deliberate for your admission to the final exam independently of the fact that you have an extension or not. Of course, work done during the extension period, in terms of methods, results and scientific achievements, will be available when you close your PhD and transmitted to the examination committee. But the PhD Council will take a decision about your admission to the final exam in the meeting we are scheduling for end October/November - there is certainly already enough material to take a decision. So remember that presentations and final extended summary of activities should be uploaded by the end of September. I anticipate that presentations will be scheduled in October (possibly first half) and that you will have an extended time slot (20-30 min).
