Dear PhD students,

we must adopt a simple way to document your presence at distance learning activities.

I have proposed to just send a presence message (YES/SI) on the chat line when you connect. The teacher/speaker will export the Chat Line together with the recording of the seminar, and save it on a shared GDrive. The GDrive will be also used for sharing the recordings of the seminars (please remember the speaker to always activate Recording!), and a link on the Moodle page will be possibly added.

We will take records of presence directly from the chat line.

I asked the next speakers (Prof. Facchini, tomorrow May 21st) to activate this procedure.

For distance activities up to today May 20th, 2020 (included) we will accept an "Autocertificazione".
