This course covers two main topics:
The first half deals with advanced data analytics and its interaction with system identification and modeling.
Typical use cases are dimensioning of IT systems with a special emphasis on cyber-physical systems, model-based system design of applications underlying resource constraints, and monitoring, evaluation and optimization of design and operation processes.
The main topics addressed are:
- Data acquisition
- (Visual) Exploratory Analysis
- Use of AI-driven business intelligence tools for analysis guidance
- Model generation
- Causality analysis
- Result representation
- Knowledge graphs, ontologies,
- Qualitative models
