The course «BIOMECCATRONICA» aims to provide basic knowledge and methodology for the design and implementation of biomechatronic solutions for biomedical applications. The course is divided in two parts:
-firstly,
it will present the main fundamental topics related to the description of
biomechatronic and physiological systems, sensors and actuators, wireless
connectivity, control and signal processing, including machine learning
examples;
-secondly,
it will provide basic competencies to program a device based on a STM32
microcontroller and create applications including data logger, signal
processing in real time, connectivity, etc...
