This course, part of "Sustainable Business for Societal Challenges," covers economic law, market regulation, competition law, and consumer protection, exploring their intersection with sustainability and innovation in business.
Topics include:
- Economic law fundamentals and sources
- Market regulation and anti-competitive practices
- Consumer rights in the digital age
- Sustainability in economic law
- Innovation promotion and intellectual property
- International economic law basics
Case studies apply theory to practice. Taught in English for 2nd-year students (6 CFU). Uses lectures, discussions, and interactive methods. Assessment includes continuous evaluation and final exam.
Prerequisites: Basic economics knowledge, critical thinking, B2 English. Readings on Moodle.
