This Course aims to give the students a basic knowledge of several key topics useful to understand the relationship between law and economic activity.
The specific aim of this Course is to provide, in particular, an overview of law and economics conceived as economic law.
The examination program should consider the following topics broadly:
- The Role of Institutions in the Economic Sector
- Rules and Institutions Governing Specific Economic Sectors
- The Role of Government in the Financial Sector
The Course is divided into two parts:
General part (Prof. F. Zatti)
Special part (Prof. F. Zatti)
The attending students can write a paper on a specific topic of the special part.
To be considered an attending student, you have to attend all the classes of the general part and of the special part being admitted only three absences. The title could be chosen among the topics of the special section.
Fo the attending students the final mark is given by 40% oral exam on the general part + 60% paper mark. All the marks are given in /30.
For not attending students, the final exam shall consist of an oral examination concerning minimum three questions on the contents of the exam syllabus.
