Dear PhD students, on Nov. 4th we had the Council Meetings for all cycles above. Here below a few notes:

- all PhD students admitted to next year or final exam

- all CFUs were examined; you should have received (yesterday and today) individual notifications of what was approved. Situation is fine for the closure of  Cycle 34 (admission to final exam), but as you know SS should be certified by UNIFI (if not yet certified, you should put some pressure); in the case of missing credits (one single case indeed), it  can be fixed during the extension (proroga). For cycles 35 and 36, if you had credits which were not admitted - this was because they were not apparently documented according to our records. If you procure the documents of attendance, the situation can be fixed next year in October - as usual. Inquiries should be directed to phd.dief@ingind.unifi.it (the curriculum coordinators were involved in the verification process)

- the PhD student representatives have access to the minutes and can be asked to check on your behalf; the same info can be gathered through phd.dief@ingind.unifi.it 

With these last activities I leave definitely the position of PhD Coordinator to Prof. G. Ferrara. I wish to thank the PhD students for their patience and interest in the last 4 years, and the curriculum coordinators and adm. staff for their support.
